* Kadar Nadi Rehat (KNR) diambil ketika bangun dari tidur di waktu pagi.

Pengiraan adalah berdasarkan:

a. Upper Limit             :           85%

b. Lower Limit            :           60%

SASARAN KADAR NADI LATIHAN ( KNL )

a. Upper Limit ( 85% )                                    b. Lower Limit ( 60% )

= ( KNM – KNR ) x 0.85 + KNR )                = ( KNM – KNR ) x 0.60 + KNR )

= ( 187 – 78 ) x 0.85 + 78                               = ( 187 – 78 ) x 0.60 + 78

= 171 denyutan / minit                                    = 143 denyutan / minit

Maka Zon Sasaran untuk 85% ialah:              Maka Zon Sasaran untuk 60%  ialah:

= 166 – 176 denyutan / minit                          = 135 – 148 denyutan / minit
